Hideaway Gainesville offers fully furnished 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartment homes, all designed for student living. Each floor plan features a private bathroom for every bedroom, providing both privacy and convenience.

Hideaway Gainesville offers a wide range of amenities designed for comfort, convenience, and connection, creating a community that supports both social living and everyday routines. Residents have access to a resort-style pool with a grill station and jumbotron, sand volleyball and basketball courts, a recently renovated clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, study lounge, private study rooms, computer lab, game room, and complimentary coffee and snack bar. The community also features a fenced dog park, car care center, gated entry with security patrol, weekly resident events, RTS bus access to campus, and both free and reserved parking options. Inside each fully furnished apartment, residents can choose from 2, 3, and 4-bedroom layouts with individual leases, private bedrooms and bathrooms, full-size washers and dryers, high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and a 42” smart TV in the common area, along with upgraded finishes and features available in select homes.

Wi-Fi and trash services are included in your monthly installment. All other utility services are billed separately through our third-party provider, SimpleBills, based on usage.

Yes, Hideaway Gainesville is pet friendly. Breed restrictions, registration requirements, pet fees, and monthly pet rent apply.

Tours can be scheduled by calling the leasing office, booking online through our website, or stopping by during office hours. Walk-in tours are welcome based on availability.

Yes. Our on-site maintenance team is available to assist with service requests and apartment concerns. Emergency maintenance support is also available after hours.

For maintenance emergencies during office hours, please contact the leasing office directly. After hours, call the office and follow the emergency maintenance prompts to reach the on-call team. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid through the resident portal using the available payment options.

Yes. Renters’ insurance is required for all residents. Residents are automatically enrolled in our renters’ insurance program but may provide proof of their own coverage to meet this requirement.

Subletting is not permitted. Residents may reassign their lease by finding a qualified replacement.
Lease Reassignment Guidelines
Residents must notify the leasing office of intent to vacate
The current resident is responsible for finding a qualified replacement
An assignment fee equal to one month’s rent applies
All outstanding balances must be paid before reassignment is finalized
Lease concessions do not transfer
The new lease rate will match the original lease rate
Rent is not prorated
Reassignment Process
Resident notifies the leasing office
Replacement completes an application and meets all rental criteria
Replacement signs a new lease
Current residents pay the reassignment fee and clear all balances
Original resident responsibility ends once the replacement moves in and pays rent

Yes. Unit transfers are available for an additional transfer fee. Please contact the leasing office to discuss available options.

Each unit has a designated mailbox for standard mail delivery. Packages from third-party carriers (such as Amazon, FedEx, and UPS) are delivered directly to your front door. USPS packages are delivered to the leasing office, where they are sorted and residents are notified for pickup.
Beginning August 2026, Hideaway Gainesville will transition to the FETCH package service, providing a streamlined and secure package delivery experience for residents.

Yes! Hideaway Gainesville offers free general parking for residents with a valid parking decal. For residents who prefer a guaranteed space, reserved parking is available for an additional $25 per month, ensuring you have the same spot every day.

Yes. Guest parking is available throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis. No parking decal is required for guests.

No. The total rent for the lease term is a set amount and is payable in advance in twelve equal monthly installments.
